Cooking Korean Food On Your Table
Bossam with Tofu

We will cook Bossam(보쌈) with fresh Kimchi (yes, we will cook both)! One is the Bossam which is boiled pork with vegetables and spices (very tender) and Kimchi with napa cabbages. Kimchi and fried tofu are famous dish too. If anyone needs tofu instead of pork Myungsim, know. Limited space for the limited seats.

Bring items: apron, knife, mixing bowl, and a gallon size pot or bigger

There is limited parking availability; please carpool or take the bus if possible. Parking at Eagle Heights Community Center indicating visitor's parking areas, "Lot Z," or additional parking areas circled on the map. Please do not park around the curved curb around the Eagle Heights visitors area or in tenant parking areas; your car will get towed.
