Laura has been an accomplished leader in the real estate industry for over a decade. You may recognize her as the face of Team Lahti Real Estate, which is currently affiliated with Badger Realty Team in Madison, Wisconsin. As an experienced agent, Laura has taken on various roles to understand her client's needs and deliver the best possible service during the buying or selling process.

Laura has established herself as a reputable figure in the industry through her dedication to self-improvement and continued education. Her noteworthy contributions include working with organizations such as the Asian Real Estate Association of America ("AREAA"), Keep WI Cool/Warm Fund, and the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association ("WISCAP").

In 2021, Laura was elected to the Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin. She implemented a self-care retreat designed specifically for real estate agents to help them navigate the demands of their careers. Her program focuses on promoting self-care and wellness in the industry and removing the stigma around mental health as a priority.

Recently, Laura founded Amasian, the first-ever Asian American networking group outside of UW Educational programs and the AAPI Coalition of Wisconsin. These networking events bring together people of all backgrounds to support local businesses in the area and create a sense of community. Laura intends to expand Amasian's reach by showcasing Asian holiday celebrations, organizing cultural events, and raising awareness about the various local businesses that contribute to the unique flavor of the Madison area.

When she's not busy with philanthropic work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, traveling, doing DIY projects, and hosting meals or self-care events for friends. Despite her Korean roots, Laura has developed a passion for various other parts of Asian culture and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
