Michael Cao is a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic Systems, where he spearheads patient experience, operational engagement, and feature adoption for healthcare organizations serving over 10 million patients. With a bachelor's degree in information sciences and technology from Penn State, Michael has honed his expertise in solutions engineering, agile project management, and cross-functional leadership. His career is marked by significant achievements, including co-founding Digital Village Solutions and Mobius Enterprises, and earning accolades such as being named one of the Top 50 Hackers of 2020 by Major League Hacking. Michael's dedication to leveraging technology for impactful solutions is evident in his successful tenure at Ernst and Young LLP and his innovative contributions during his time at CarMax.

Michael is thrilled to be a part of AMASIAN, a vibrant Asian American community for professionals that fosters growth, collaboration, and shared success.
